Great to meet you!

I hold two master's degrees—one in Nutrition and the other in Contemplative Psychotherapy. I have been in private practice for 20 years and have an extensive background in clinical and mental therapy that dates back to 1997. I have worked in community mental health, addictions, women’s health, assisted living and skilled nursing care, and trauma. I specialize in anxiety disorders, mood disorders, stress-related disorders, and substance use disorders.

A bit about my approach to therapy

At my core, I am client-centered in my approach to therapy with an eclectic approach to change. My core philosophies include believing in the power of our humanity as our greatest strength, viewing perfectionism as a myth, and feeling most honored when I see someone truly embrace who they are.

What you can expect from our first session

I am hoping that my clients feel empowered and less fearful of being who they are in the world.
