Great to meet you!

Feeling exhausted? Feel like you're putting in all the effort but the goal posts keep moving? In todays busy world these are all too common feelings. You're not alone. There is hope. Since graduating with my Master's degree from John Brown University in 2015, I have been helping couples overcome the barriers keeping them from having the relationships they deserve.

My approach to therapy

After learning that traditional relationship counseling had an abysmally low success rate, I knew I had to find a better way. What I discovered was traditional counseling only dealt with surface level issues. The approach I found works best is getting past the static of the day-to-day interactions between people and gets to what's behind the motivation of our behavior.

I work with the motivations behind the behaviors. That's what makes the difference.

What you can expect from me

Every session will end with two questions. "Have we learned anything here today?" and "What's going to be different this week, because if nothing changes, nothing changes." You can expect to learn more about yourself and each other in a safe, supportive environment with a few laughs and an occasional tear.
