My approach to therapy

Counseling is a therapeutic relationship of an individual and clinician working actively together to achieve sustainable change for a healthy life.

What you can expect from me

Counseling sessions are supportive, empathetic and increase self awareness. It will involve moving away from the past to present-focused action that applies insights gained through psychoeducational information. Weekly practice of information from the sessions is vital to changes in behavior, thoughts and feelings.
