Great to meet you!

I am a Webster University counseling graduate with pre/post graduate experience and expertise in the counseling and mental health field. Counseling is a passion of which I have been committed to for many years. My services are specific to treating trauma related disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder, anxiety disorder, depression, grief and loss, and intimate/marital relational issues. Adults, adolescents, and couples are populations most served.

My approach to therapy

My treatment consists of holistic and strength-based approaches for emotional healing. These among other evidence-based modalities ensure individuals are provided knowledge and resources to meet psychological and physiological needs. My personal and educational experiences motivate me to continue the mission of helping people work through trauma, self-limiting beliefs, and unhealthy ways of living to gain self-awareness for transformation and healing to begin.

What you can expect from me

Change can be exciting at times and at other times change can be scary. But change is the one thing that will always be a permanent part of life. Through healing and exploration, you have the amazing opportunity for self-discovery, a beautiful new beginning.

I believe that experience and education are empowering tools that connect individuals to purpose and healing. Your licensed clinician is committed to supporting you through your healing and transformation process every step of the way.
