Great to meet you!

I use a person-centered approach, meaning I meet you where you are at. I am trained in EMDR therapy and I am currently studying Internal Family Systems, which is parts work. I use DBT to help people build skills that they can use every day. I believe in a holistic approach where I help clients find language to express themselves and build self-esteem.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to providing a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I incorporate a personalized approach, combining traditional techniques with creative tools to facilitate deep and lasting change. I believe in the power of healing and growth, and I’m driven by the opportunity to support people.

What you can expect from me

I provide a warm and welcoming environment where clients can open up without judgement. Clients will feel seen and heard and leave with a better understanding of themselves.
