Great to meet you!

I come to this work as a therapist, educator, and believer deeply committed to helping people heal, reclaim their stories, and move towards freedom, whatever that looks like for them. I believe therapy should be a space where all parts of you are seen and honored, whether you're carrying generational wounds, navigating a major life transition, or seeking greater alignment in your personal or professional life.

With a Doctorate in Social Work and licensure (LCSW), I bring over a decade of experience assisting individuals in navigating depression, trauma, burnout, maternal mental health/pre/postpartum, post-traumatic stress disorder, and cultural/ethnic issues.

Through a culturally responsive approach, I walk alongside you as we untangle generational patterns, explore your inner truth, and cultivate tools for lifelong wellness. Therapy with me is just coping... it is about liberation!

I offer virtual sessions designed with your time and care in mind.

You deserve to be well- Let's begin!!!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, affirming, and culturally responsive. I believe that healing occurs in safe, authentic relationships where people feel seen, heard, and valued, not just as a diagnosis, but as whole, human beings.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I approach therapy through a lens that honors lived experiences and the intersections of identity, culture, and systems of oppression. I integrate evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

I work from a strengths-based perspective by assisting clients in reconnecting with their resilience, clarifying their values, and building coping tools that feel realistic and empowering. Whether you're navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, life transitions, or burnout, I aim to co-create a therapeutic space that is nonjudgmental, liberating, and deeply restorative.

At the core of my work is a belief in possibility: that change is not only possible but sustainable, especially when care is personalized and rooted in compassion.

What you can expect from me

Patients can expect to leave our sessions feeling seen, supported, and more grounded in their truth. Together, we will identify what healing looks like for YOU—not a one-size-fits-all approach, but a path that aligns with your values, culture, and lived experience.

My goal is for you to walk away with practical tools for managing stress, regulating emotions, setting boundaries, and navigating life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity. We’ll explore thought patterns, build on your strengths, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness and self-compassion.

Patients often share that they feel more empowered, less alone, and better equipped to make intentional choices, both during difficult moments and in everyday. Whether you're working through trauma, navigating identity shifts, experiencing burnout, or facing relationship issues, our work together will center on your growth, your voice, and your healing.

Ultimately, I want you to know that healing isn’t about being “fixed”.......it’s about becoming fully YOU!
