Great to meet you!

Seeking mental health care can feel overwhelming, especially when dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD symptoms, burnout, mood changes, or emotional exhaustion. With over 15 years of experience in psychiatry, I provide compassionate, evidence-based virtual psychiatric care for adults across DC, Maryland, and Virginia. I especially enjoy working with high-functioning professionals, college-age adults, caregivers, and older adults motivated to prioritize their mental health and emotional wellness. Due to recently expanded availability, I am currently accepting a limited number of new patients.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized, with a strong focus on thoughtful medication management, supplement implementation, and long-term emotional wellness. I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, respected, empowered, and actively involved in their treatment journey.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step toward better mental health can feel difficult, but you do not have to do it alone. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, struggling to focus, or simply ready for change, I am here to support you. I look forward to helping you feel more balanced, confident, and emotionally well.
