Great to meet you!
I am originally from a small town in Nebraska. I have spent years in Oklahoma, but recently moved back to my home roots in Nebraska. I am grounded and enjoy running, Husker football, gardening, and volunteering in the community. I have two sons and understand the challenges that come with raising children. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and take a heart-centered, nonjudgmental approach to therapy. I believe in meeting people where they are and creating a safe, supportive space for exploration, healing, and growth. Therapy is a journey, and I’m honored to walk alongside those seeking clarity, resilience, and peace.
