Great to meet you!

I am originally from a small town in Nebraska. I have spent years in Oklahoma, but recently moved back to my home roots in Nebraska. I am grounded and enjoy running, Husker football, gardening, and volunteering in the community. I have two sons and understand the challenges that come with raising children. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and take a heart-centered, nonjudgmental approach to therapy. I believe in meeting people where they are and creating a safe, supportive space for exploration, healing, and growth. Therapy is a journey, and I’m honored to walk alongside those seeking clarity, resilience, and peace.

My approach to therapy

With over a decade in healthcare and a passion for helping others, I specialize in trauma-focused therapy for individuals, couples, adolescents, and young adults. My work is rooted in compassion and clinical expertise that support lasting healing and personal growth. I’m a licensed therapist with more than ten years of mental health experience and over ten years in community outreach and ministry. I help clients navigate depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship struggles, personality disorders, and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

I value genuine connection and consider it a privilege to serve others. If you’re seeking a therapist who is approachable, trustworthy, and spiritually grounded, I would be honored to support your path to healing, hope, and purpose.
