Great to meet you!

Hello, I am Dr. Chris Coleman. I work with those challenged with substance use, mental health and co-occurring disorders (mental health & substance use). I have over three decades in the field, demonstrating compassion, non-condemning, empathic setting, with a direct approach to meet you where you are.

My approach to therapy

Having worked in this field for the time I have, there is one of many statements that help guide me in working with you: "If it causes a problem, then it is a problem". My strengths start with my compassion and empathy for people, and the two greatest tools: My ears! and heart! Hearing your story of what your desire, ability, reason, need, commitment, activation and time to change is. Why you ask?! To get you, liberated!

What you can expect from me

A compassionate, non-condemning, empathic setting, with a direct approach to meet you where you are. I desire to see people healed, at peace and made whole.
