Great to meet you!

Hi, I offer therapy to adults to encourage insight in dealing with grief, loss, anxiety, depression, and other phase of life concerns. Clients with goals of problem solving, symptom reduction, stress management, and clarity in decision-making often experience improvements in perspective.

I hold a Doctorate in Mgmt and Organizational Leadership, and practice clinically under my MS in Counseling.

My approach to therapy

Starting therapy is a conversational process that you initiate when you are ready. Our first meeting is designed to gather information about you, explain any details, and answer any questions.

What you can expect from me

Sometimes, taking the first steps can feel a little odd at first, but with practice you will find your way. See you soon!
