Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in the field of relationships. A big cornerstone of our lives is our relationships. Many people would be ready to measure their lives based on the quality of their relationships. My goal is to help people build strong quality lives, in whatever their specific goals are.

My approach to therapy

I have to come an understanding that the greatest results from therapy is the feeling of being empowered. When one understands the power he/she has to make the life that he would like to live, almost nothing stands in the way. Life becomes more enriching and rewarding. I am ready to help clients reach their goals and let them see the power they have to change their lives around.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for clients to feel empowered. My main method to help clients feel empowered is the method of self awareness. The more a person realizes his tools and strengths, the more one owns his own results since he is able to bring upon his own success.
