Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, respect, and clinical expertise. My practice is grounded in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can share your experiences openly. I believe mental health care should be collaborative, personalized, and focused on the whole person—not just symptoms. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative approach that blends evidence-based medication management with supportive psychotherapy, mindfulness techniques, and lifestyle recommendations. I take time to understand your unique story, values, and goals so we can build a treatment plan that feels right for you. I believe in open communication, shared decision-making, and empowering clients to be active participants in their care.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and equipped with tools to better manage their mental health. Over time, you may notice increased self-awareness, improved coping strategies, and greater confidence in facing life’s stressors. My hope is that each session provides you with both immediate relief and long-term skills for emotional resilience.
