Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of clinical experience, I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy to individuals navigating depression, anxiety, grief, and significant life transitions. My background includes substance use and addictions treatment, as well as extensive experience in inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. I am committed to fostering an inclusive and affirming therapeutic environment where individuals of diverse backgrounds, identities, and experiences feel supported and respected. My goal is to help clients build resilience, gain insight, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

I would love to help you create the changes you are seeking and in turn find your authentic self. I am client centered and my approach is individualized to meet your personal needs and goals. I feel that therapy is not a one size fits all approach and together we can find and work on the issues that you feel are holding you back from having the life you want to be living.

Please feel free to contact me if you would like to start this journey of positivity and change together.
