Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Elaine! I’m a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with adults, couples, and military families navigating life’s ups and downs. I have a Bachelors of Science in Psychology, and a Masters of Science in Marriage, Couples and Family Counseling with an addendum of Crisis and Trauma Counseling.

Many of my clients come to me struggling with relationship challenges (like communication struggles, Parenting conflicts and infidelity), trauma, PTSD, anxiety, or depression—feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and equipped to create the changes you want in your life

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, integrative and collaborative, that is grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from modalities such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and mindfulness-based techniques to help you understand patterns, build resilience, and strengthen your relationships—with yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

The first few sessions are about getting to know you—your story, your strengths, and what’s been weighing on you. We’ll explore what you’d like to work on and begin setting goals that feel meaningful and achievable. You can expect a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard.
