Great to meet you!

I hold a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and have been working with adults in outpatient mental health settings for 15 years. My experience includes helping individuals navigate relationship and family-of-origin issues, anxiety, depression, career challenges, and life transitions. I have a particular interest in helping people recognize patterns that may be holding them back, develop healthier relationships, and find greater balance and fulfillment in their lives. My style is warm, approachable, and practical, and I believe therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable being yourself while gaining meaningful insight and tools for positive change.

My approach to therapy

Since 2011, I have had the privilege of helping individuals work through life's challenges, better understand themselves, and make meaningful changes in their lives. I recognize that everyone's experiences and circumstances are unique, and I believe therapy should reflect that. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, combining evidence-based treatment with practical strategies that can make a real difference in everyday life. I want my clients to feel heard, understood, and supported as we explore the underlying causes of their struggles, discover new perspectives, and build healthier ways of coping. Ultimately, my goal is to help you feel more confident, capable, and empowered to create the positive changes you're seeking.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity for me to get to know you and talk about what brings you to therapy as well as what you hope to achieve. We’ll explore the challenges you’re experiencing, how they may be affecting your daily life, and what you would like to see change. If you feel comfortable, we may also discuss your family history and upbringing to help me better understand your experiences and what has shaped you. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you feel heard and understood.
