Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

I'm a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who is passionate about helping adolescents and adults improve their mental health and overall well-being. I know that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a welcoming, supportive space from the very beginning. I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, and other common mental health concerns. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered as we work together toward better mental health.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best care is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I take time to understand your symptoms, life experiences, and personal goals so we can create a treatment plan that fits your needs. Whether treatment includes medication, supportive psychotherapy, or both, I use evidence-based practices and encourage open communication and shared decision-making. My priority is to help you feel comfortable, respected, and actively involved in your care every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss what brings you to treatment, review your mental and medical health history, and talk about the goals you'd like to achieve. I'll answer your questions, explain any recommended treatment options, and work with you to develop a personalized plan that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, informed, and hopeful about the path ahead.
