Great to meet you!

Connection heals—we are not meant to do this alone. Licensed as a therapist for 16 years, I’ve been honored to support clients across all life stages, specializing in trauma and abuse recovery, life transitions, and relationship issues. I now focus on one-on-one counseling and find deep fulfillment walking with others on their healing journeys.

My approach to therapy

At the heart of my work is helping clients build healthier, more connected relationships with themselves and others. Together, we explore the stories, systems, and experiences that have shaped identity, while creating space for greater self-understanding and connection. My approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Attachment Theory, and my style is warm and collaborative. I value the genuine relationship that develops between therapist and client and strive to create a space where individuals seen, accepted, and empowered to move toward meaningful change.

I come to this work as a companion on the journey of self-discovery, privileged to walk alongside others as they explore and claim their most authentic selves. As an artist, writer, mother, and therapist, I’m moved by the quiet power of witnessing and naming the truth of our experiences—and by what becomes possible when we feel safe enough to be fully seen.

What you can expect from me

If you schedule a session with me, we’ll begin by exploring what brought you to therapy and your hopes for the process. I’ll explain what to expect in therapy and welcome any questions as we get to know one another and consider whether we’re a good fit. From our first session onward, I approach our work with deep respect for the courage it takes to pursue wholeness.
