Great to meet you!

I offer virtual therapy in PA, MI, and MN. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of experience across a variety of settings. I obtained my bachelor's degree from Mercyhurst University and master's degree in social work from Edinboro University. I have experience working with adults in community mental health and residential treatment for substance use disorders.

My approach to therapy

I provide strength-based, personalized therapy that empowers clients to take control of their mental health and work towards their goals. My approach to counseling is collaborative and client centered. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to provide guidance, support, and a framework for your journey.

I use evidence-based practices including: CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Behavioral Activation. I specialize in substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, and eating disorders.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to explore what's bringing you to therapy and what you hope to gain. I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself. Over time, we'll work together to identify repeated emotional patterns, develop coping strategies, and new ways of responding to life's challenges.
