Great to meet you!

You've carried a lot for a long time, and somewhere along the way it started to feel like just how things are. I work with adolescents and adults who are living with the weight of trauma, PTSD, relationship strain, or stress that never seems to let up, including people navigating the aftermath of domestic violence. My work centers on helping you understand what your mind, body, and relationships have been trying to tell you, and on building from the strengths you already carry rather than starting from scratch.

My approach to therapy

Together, we work toward real shifts you can feel, not just insight you can talk about. My focus is on trauma and complex PTSD paired with the relationship and family patterns that often get tangled up with it, so you walk away with a steadier nervous system, clearer boundaries, and relationships that feel more connected instead of draining. This tends to be the right fit if you're someone who wants to go deep rather than stay on the surface, and who is ready for sessions that are active and collaborative rather than passive.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is mainly about getting oriented. I'll share a bit about how I work, and then we'll spend most of our time on where you want to go and what you're hoping might shift. You'll leave with a sense of whether this feels like the right fit, since that mutual fit matters to me as much as it does to you. If this sounds like what you're looking for, I'd love for you to reach out so we can find out together
