Great to meet you!

As a neurodivergent, queer, non-binary therapist, I understand the importance of a therapist who understands an intersectional experience of life. My practice is dedicated to providing a safe space, particularly for marginalized communities. In addition to neurodivergent and LGBTQIA communities, I also provide a safe space to explore kink, sexuality, and non-monogamy.

My approach to therapy

Using the Gottman Method, I work with couples who are striving to rebuild their connection, improve their communication, and manage conflict. In addition, I have experience supporting individuals and couples with a wide range of sexual issues, such as low desire, infidelity, kinks, LGBTQIA+, non-monogamy, and sexual dysfunction.

What you can expect from me

Think of therapy with me as a collaborative adventure. I believe in meeting you where you are, with no judgment and plenty of warmth. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a touch of humor—because sometimes, a good laugh can be the best medicine. We’ll work together to unravel the complexities of your experiences, celebrate your unique strengths, and address any challenges with a combination of insight and practical strategies.
