Great to meet you!

You may have spent years focused on surviving -managing anxiety, navigating difficult relationships, taking care of everyone else, or trying to keep the peace. Over time, many people begin to realize they've become disconnected from themselves.

If you grew up with childhood trauma, emotional neglect, abuse, or other experiences that required you to adapt in order to feel safe, accepted, or loved, you may struggle to know who you are, what you need, or what you truly want. Many of the clients I work with describe feeling stuck in patterns that once helped them survive but no longer serve them.

If you're ready to reconnect with yourself, I'd love to work with you.

My approach to therapy

Much of our work together centers on understanding how past experiences shaped your relationships, self-worth, boundaries, and sense of identity. We'll build self-awareness and self-trust, develop boundaries that fit your life, and create intentional change rooted in your values.

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe healing isn't only about understanding what happened -it's also about discovering who you are beyond it and building a life that reflects that person.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I'll want to understand what brought you to therapy, what's currently feeling difficult, and what you're hoping will be different in your life. We'll begin identifying important patterns, strengths, and goals while creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. You don't need to have everything figured out before you start.
