Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to supporting adults as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Before earning my clinical licensure, I practiced as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) beginning in 2021. My experience includes behavioral health therapy, case management, crisis intervention, and providing services in intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization settings.

I have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, personality disorders, behavioral concerns, life transitions, family conflict, stress, military-related challenges, and difficulties with emotional regulation. My background in both clinical therapy and healthcare allows me to take a holistic approach that considers the emotional, physical, social, and environmental factors impacting well-being.

I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we can build on your strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward the goals that matter most to you at a pace that feels comfortable and empowering.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, compassion, and authenticity. My approach is strengths-based, person-centered, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care to help clients gain insight, develop healthy coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence.

Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting challenges, relationship concerns, or working to better understand and manage triggers, symptoms, and patterns that impact your daily life, I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, empowered, and equipped with tools to create meaningful and lasting change at your own pace.

My goal is to help clients build on their existing strengths, increase resilience, and create practical strategies that support long-term emotional well-being and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will discuss your current concerns, personal history, strengths, goals, and any challenges you are experiencing. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine whether I am a good fit for your needs.

You can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you can openly share your experiences. Together, we will begin identifying goals for treatment and create a plan that aligns with your needs and priorities. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path forward.
