Great to meet you!

You’ve probably scrolled through what feels like every therapist profile, trying to find someone who won’t make you explain the basics of your identity or your trauma. You’re carrying things that show up in the quiet moments, the panic before walking into a store, freezing in conversations, constantly waiting for something to go wrong. You keep yourself overly busy so you don’t have to think, but it still catches up with you. You don’t feel fully here, fully grounded, or fully yourself. And honestly, you’re tired of feeling haunted by the trauma.

My approach to therapy

Imagine feeling grounded enough to go out with friends, grocery shop, speak up, or rest on your couch without that tight, waiting-for-the-shoe-to-drop feeling. To make choices from confidence instead of fear. To leave relationships or jobs that drain you, and actually enjoy small things again like a walk, a deep breath, a good meal, a moment of real calm. What might life feel like if your body wasn’t in defense mode all the time?

What you can expect from me

You can feel better without forcing yourself to “get over it.” A little about me: I’m a forever-iced-chai person, a romance book lover, and a fur-baby mom. I help folks work through trauma using EMDR in a way that feels grounded, gentle, and real. I’ll laugh with you when things get weird and sit with you when things get heavy. You’re welcome to book a free 15-minute consult on my website or here in your portal!
