Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker committed to helping teenagers, young adults, and families navigate life’s hurdles. My areas of focus include parenting, caregiving, chronic illness, self-harm, anxiety, domestic violence, and trauma recovery. I have extensive experience working with parents of children with special needs, individuals coping with mood disorders, and those facing significant transitions, communication challenges, complex trauma, and the ongoing stress that life can bring.

My approach to therapy

In my therapeutic work, I draw from a diverse array of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic approaches, motivational interviewing, harm reduction strategies, and supportive psychotherapy. I am not only a certified CAMS clinician and TB-CBT practitioner but am also well-versed in crisis management to ensure my clients' well-being.

What you can expect from me

My approach is characterized by a belief in the inherent strengths of those I serve and a firm commitment to helping them achieve their goals. I embrace humor when it can serve as a source of relief and connection. Above all, I want my clients to know that I am genuinely here to support them. My unwavering mission is to meet each individual right where they are, free from judgment, and always with honesty and empathy.
