Great to meet you!

Hello! Picking a therapist is a lot like finding a good pair of jeans that hugs all the right places- you have got to try some on to find that fit. Am I the right fit for you?

A bit about me- I have been providing individual therapy in different settings for over a decade. I am currently licensed in 2 states (NC and NM). I have been focused on providing EMDR and trauma informed care since 2018 as I have seen that deeper level healing is possible.

My approach to therapy

I tend to be solution focused and person centered as everybody is different, so we have to explore what may work for you! I love to teach different coping skills to my clients as I feel it is very important to have a full toolbox at your disposal for whatever life throws at you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a "get to know you session"- I ask you a bunch of questions to help me learn about different areas of your life and history so that we can make a treatment plan that connects the path you are currently on to where you are trying to go.
