Great to meet you!
I’m a warm, attuned therapist who believes therapy isn’t a magic wand—it’s a meaningful space to bear witness and be witnessed.
I earned my master’s degree in Social Work and have specialized experience in oncology counseling and grief work. In oncology counseling, I support individuals navigating diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, recurrence, and the emotional complexities that accompany medical uncertainty. As a bereavement counselor, I’ve worked alongside individuals and families coping with loss, anticipatory grief, and the adjustment to life after profound change.
I identify as a cisgender woman in a larger body and work with clients who want to cultivate more peaceful, respectful relationships with their bodies and with food. I practice from a Health at Every Size (HAES)–aligned perspective and support clients in unpacking the impact of diet culture, weight stigma, and internalized body narratives with curiosity, compassion, and autonomy.
Credentials & Certifications: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed in Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire, Oncology Social Work Certified (OSW-C), Certified Grief Professional (CGP), Past certification in Advanced Palliative and Hospice Social Work (APHSW-C)
