Great to meet you!

I have been a social worker for over 10 years, working in healthcare prior to becoming a clinical therapist. I like to consider biology as much as psychology when approaching behavior and mood. I offer a relaxed environment and like to consider your personal attributes as we build a plan together to pursue your goals.

My approach to therapy

I prefer to use ACT (acceptance commitment therapy) as my primary approach.

What you can expect from me

You will feel heard. I will explain things in a way that you can understand them and I will validate your strengths. I will challenge you to see things beyond your own perspective and help troubleshoot solutions with you.
