I bring a unique perspective to the table as a seasoned provider. I have personally suffered from PTSD and am a survivor. I struggled through life, doing whatever I could to make ends meet. Went to college in my 40s., and had no idea this was where it would take me. Believing everything happens for a reason, I am exactly where I should be.
I received my BSN at SUNY Brockport College and MS, PMHNP St John Fisher College.
I’ve worked with a variety of populations held back by numerous mental health conditions, including trauma, mental illness, and addiction. I provide a mindful, compassionate approach and personalized treatment to cater to each person’s special circumstances. My ability to identify with your situation makes me unique. I am never judgmental with a true desire to help you move forward.
My approach is one of collaboration. I don't walk in front of you. I walk with you, practicing radical acceptance.
Within our therapeutic relationship you and I will make medication decisions, together. I practice radical acceptance, and meeting you where you are at, without judgment. Addiction is a response to trauma. Together, we can, uncover your true potential by creating a new narrative and discovering your true self.
