Great to meet you!

There is always a reason why we are the way we are. I will help create a safe, supportive environment to explore the root of the challenges you face. Whether you are trying to work through the past, deal with present day issues, or concerns about the future, I will meet you where you are and walk with you as we find your path to a more hopeful future. If you are interested in scheduling an appointment please email me ([email protected]).

My approach to therapy

I have special training in trauma (Certified Clinical Trauma Professional) and I know trauma can impact us in many ways and show up in many different present day issues. I'll meet you where you're at and respect the pace you're ready to go at. Dealing with trauma can be hard, but it can also be incredibly rewarding. You can experience peace, healing, and joy again.

What you can expect from me

I know what it's like to sit in the client's chair in therapy and I'll honor your courage to do therapy with compassion and empathy. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment for clients to process trauma, relationships, and any other challenges they face. Life is hard, but you don't have to do it alone.
