Great to meet you!

Hello, I am excited to join you in taking positive and decisive steps on your journey of healing and restoration. 35+ years of providing counseling support to individuals, couples and families have allowed me to develop an extensive array of therapeutic experiences and individual patience while working with my clients.

My approach to therapy

My primary therapeutic approaches to counseling include cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic and holistic therapy.

I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression and other mood disorders. I assist couples with working through problematic relationship issues to help them find meaningful solutions for "mental healthier" outcomes.

What you can expect from me

I help individuals form a practical and positive sense of self-awareness, provide psychoeducational support so they can better understand their condition and identify behavioral tools that will lead to healthy life changes.
