Great to meet you!

You do not have to navigate everything you are carrying on your own. I’m here to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you can slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what you’re experiencing. Together, we can explore how anxiety, depression, family and relationship concerns, stress, and cultural experiences may be affecting your emotional wellbeing, while also making room for grief, trauma, maternal mental health, women’s issues, and other concerns that may be connected to your story. My goal is to help you feel supported while developing practical tools and a deeper understanding of yourself and the experiences that have shaped you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that therapy should be responsive to you as a whole person. I may draw from Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Family-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Conjoint Therapy for PTSD depending on your needs and goals. Together, we’ll work to better understand patterns that may be contributing to distress, process difficult experiences, strengthen relationships, and develop skills that support meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our work together will be collaborative, respectful, and centered on your individual experience. We’ll take time to understand what brought you to therapy, what you hope will feel different, and what support makes sense for you. I’ll offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly, while also providing practical strategies and evidence-based interventions when they are helpful. You will not be expected to have everything figured out before we begin—we’ll work together to identify meaningful steps forward at a pace that feels manageable for you.
