Great to meet you!

I help clients struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship issues find relief and balance. In our first sessions, we'll explore your challenges together and uncover patterns holding you back. Through compassionate, evidence-based care, you'll gain clarity, confidence, and tools for lasting emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I draw from CBT, DBT, EMDR, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients explore the root of their struggles. In our early sessions, we'll focus on understanding your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Together, we'll build practical coping skills, foster resilience, and create meaningful emotional change.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and emotions. Our work together will focus on both emotional processing and skill-building, helping you gain insight while also developing practical tools for daily life.

I believe in taking a holistic approach—looking at the whole person, including mind, body, and overall well-being—to create a strong and supportive foundation for growth. Sessions are designed to help you build resilience, improve communication, and foster meaningful change in a way that feels compassionate and empowering.
