My goal and my desire are to support individuals, groups and families who are impacted by anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am a therapist, Clinical Supervisor and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) currently licensed in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. I have been practicing for over 20 years.
I believe everyone has a unique story to share. As we proceed through our journey to together, I want to hear yours. My approach to therapy involves a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness approaches.
In our first session, you can expect that I will be attentive and looking for ways that I can be helpful to you. Together, we will develop goals you want to achieve. Rest assured, we will work as a team to make those goals a reality.
