Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, educator, and clinical supervisor, I help adults navigate anxiety, stress, burnout, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and personal growth. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that therapy should be a space where you feel supported, challenged, and empowered to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively to support my patients in exploring how their experiences, beliefs, and relationships shape their current patterns while identifying practical strategies to help them move toward their goals. I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you gain insight, build resilience, and prioritize your well-being.

What you can expect from me

What to Expect During Your First Session

Our first session is focused on getting to know one another and building a foundation for our work together. During this time, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, review important aspects of your personal, family, social, and mental health history through a biopsychosocial assessment, and begin identifying goals for treatment. This session also provides an opportunity for you to ask questions, share concerns, and determine whether the therapeutic relationship feels like a good fit for your needs.
