Great to meet you!

Do you struggle with anxiety, overthinking, or avoidance behaviors that keep you from living the life you want? You don't have to face it alone. I specialize in helping adolescents and adults understand, challenge, and effectively manage anxiety so they can regain confidence, reduce stress, and move forward with greater ease.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience, I work with individuals who are seeking meaningful change and practical tools to improve their emotional well-being. My experience in community mental health and school-based settings has allowed me to help clients navigate a variety of challenges, with a particular focus on anxiety-related concerns.

My approach to therapy

Anxiety can show up in many ways—constant worry, racing thoughts, panic, perfectionism, self-doubt, or avoiding situations that feel uncomfortable or overwhelming. Together, we will identify the patterns that keep anxiety in control and develop strategies that help you feel more empowered, capable, and resilient.

My therapeutic approach is individualized and collaborative. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to help clients challenge unhelpful thought patterns, build effective coping skills, and increase self-awareness. I believe therapy works best when it is compassionate, practical, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, or feeling stuck, I am committed to providing a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and encouraged. My goal is to help you build the confidence and skills needed to face life's challenges and create lasting, positive change.
