Great to meet you!

Welcome to Hayden Therapeutic Services, LLC, where your emotional well-being is our priority. With over 20 years of experience as a Master's prepared Licensed Clinical Social Worker, coupled with expertise in Clinical Child & Family Psychology and Christian Counseling, I offer a comprehensive approach to therapy.

We provide a supportive environment for those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, caregiver stress, and life transitions. Regardless of the obstacle – you're not alone.

My approach to therapy

I firmly believe in treating the whole person – nurturing the interconnectedness of mind, body, spirit, and emotion. Through evidence-based practices such as Trauma– Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Talk Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness, I aim to equip you with practical tools and strategies to enhance your overall well-being and resilience.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, clients can anticipate gaining empowerment and deeper self-awareness. Together, we'll develop practical strategies to navigate challenges, fostering resilience and confidence.
