Great to meet you!

If you're running on empty, overwhelmed by stress, unable to make desired changes or just not feeling like yourself lately—you're in the right place! Whether it’s anxiety that won’t quiet down, depression that is draining your energy and motivation, or nights where sleep feels impossible, I’m here to help you make sense of it and start feeling like you again.

I also work with parents who feel stretched too thin and men who were never taught how to talk about what’s really going on. You don’t have to explain everything perfectly or “believe in therapy” to get started. You just have to be willing to show up.

My approach to therapy

In therapy with me, there’s no pressure to be anyone but yourself. It’s relaxed, real, and focused on what is a priority to you. We’ll figure out what’s keeping you stuck, what needs to shift, and how to get you there—step by step.

I work with:

• Stress, burnout & overwhelm

• Anxiety, overthinking, and racing thoughts

• Depression, low motivation & emotional numbness

• Sleep issues & nighttime anxiety

• Parenting challenges (especially for overwhelmed or new parents)

• Men’s mental health, anger, identity, and emotional awareness
