Great to meet you!

My name is Helen Stone, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with trauma, anxiety, and depression.

My approach to therapy

As a licensed clinical social worker, I aim to provide trauma-informed mental health services to individuals and families. I have gained experience in this field by delivering intensive therapy services at an adolescent residential treatment center, individual and group counseling in an outpatient setting, and transitional support for individuals leaving inpatient/forensic mental health care to rejoin the community.

What you can expect from me

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy to address trauma and anxiety. I have a certificate in CBT for Anxiety and OCD, which includes Exposure and Response Prevention and ICBT strategies. I am passionate about this work because it makes a difference in my client’s quality of life and provides them with the building blocks to move forward using the skills they have learned. My proudest moment is when my client no longer needs my services.
