Great to meet you!

Many of my clients come to me feeling stressed and overwhelmed — caught between the weight of their past and uncertainty about the future. Some are navigating loss and don't know how to move forward. Others are dealing with low self-esteem, second-guessing every decision, or finding that old troubles keep getting in the way of the life they want. Wherever you're starting from, I believe in meeting you exactly where you are and honoring the individuality you bring to every session.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and skill-focused. We work on what matters most to you — whether that's building healthier habits, strengthening executive functioning, learning to trust your own judgment, or finally feeling comfortable saying "no" and standing by it. I want you to leave each session feeling heard, validated, and a little more equipped than when you arrived. My goal is to help you strengthen your sense of agency — the belief that you have what it takes to create real change.

What you can expect from me

Therapy doesn't have to be permanent, and you're always in control of your own journey. But if there's even a chance that having someone in your corner could help, that chance is worth taking, and I'd love to be that person. I welcome adults of all backgrounds and identities.
