Getting started can be hard. My goal is to make you as comfortable as possible so we can go at your pace, whatever that is. I support people who want to improve their emotional regulation and communication skills, manage their anxiety, and navigate life transitions. My personal experience, as someone in recovery and who has been through my own therapy journey, combined with my breadth of professional experience helps me understand how mental health plays a role in all aspects of our lives.
