Great to meet you!

I earned my Master’s in Counseling from the University of Saint Joseph in 2020 and have experience working in both agency and private practice settings. My background includes working in methadone clinics, wraparound care programs, and providing both in-person and telehealth therapy. My areas of strength include anxiety, depression, and substance use, as well as adjustment disorders and navigating life transitions. I also enjoy working with athletes and helping them manage the unique mental and emotional challenges that can come with competition and performance.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should give you real tools to help you live your best life, not just a place to talk about what’s going wrong. I love good conversation, building practical skills, and staying curious about what makes you you.

Using CBT and DBT, I’ll help you understand your patterns, work toward your goals, and feel more empowered in your everyday life.

Therapy doesn’t have to be stuffy or overly serious, we can do meaningful work and have a few laughs along the way.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. I’ll only ask for the information that feels important and relevant for that day, so don’t stress about sharing your deep, dark secrets on day one! We’ll complete an intake, talk about what you can expect from therapy, and go over a few housekeeping items. Most importantly, we’ll start building a space where you can feel comfortable, heard, and supported.
