Irene Eastland

My name is Irene Eastland, and I am a licensed counselor in New Hampshire, Maine, and Connecticut. I specialize working with individuals both adults and teens who struggle with anxiety. I help by providing skills, and coping tools to give you the confidence to get out of your head and into your life. In our first few sessions together you can expect to go over your history especially as it relates to the problem you're dealing with, and you'll begin learning tools to manage every day symptoms of anxiety.

My practice is unique in that I include a whole person approach, including Biblical principles, encouraging physical activity, discussing sleep, and other factors that can impact your mental health. This approach is holistic, caring, and accounts for your overall sense of well-being.

In our first full-length session following the consultation call, we will begin discussing your historical background, what has brought you to counseling, what you'd like to get from counseling, and we will establish your goals for counseling as well. I will be asking lots of questions, and you can answer what you're comfortable answering.
