Great to meet you!

I’m Jacqueline Allman, LMFT. I provide evidence-based therapy for adolescents, adults, and couples, with a focus on strengthening individuals and deepening relationships. My approach is grounded in current psychological research and tailored to support resilience, self-awareness, and emotional connection. I’m committed to creating a collaborative space where clients can grow, heal, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves and others.

My approach to therapy

I meet clients where they are and work collaboratively to create therapy that feels meaningful and effective. I’m extensively trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), fully trained in EMDR, and well-versed in Emotion Focused Therapy, ERP (Exposure Response Prevention), SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), and CAMS (Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality). Curious about why you do what you do? I bring in brain science to help make sense of patterns and support lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients often come to therapy feeling anxious, but typically leave sessions feeling more grounded, empowered, and better able to focus on what truly matters to them. Interested in connecting? Feel free to call me at 603-881-7226 or email [email protected].
