My approach to therapy

With the goal of having a positive impact on other's lives she uses a warm and inviting approach by blending CBT, positive communication, problem solving, and self care, and tailoring the counseling to each individual's needs. Ms Hopkins has additional education in mind/body techniques and uses mindfulness and self care to help with symptom management
