Great to meet you!

Helping people heal and grow has always been a passion of mine. I’m a trauma-informed therapist with over 15 years of experience. I bring both clinical expertise and the insight that comes from lived experience. I’m also a mother, partner, survivor, and someone who finds grounding in nature. I value authenticity and aim to offer a down-to-earth, compassionate presence in the therapy space where you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. As the founder of Liv Well Therapy, PLLC, my goal is to help you reconnect with your resilience and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is both compassionate and practical. I use evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT and EMDR but also use compassionate inquiry to help you explore your past and present with curiosity and care. I work collaboratively with you to uncover patterns, build insight, and move toward healing at a pace that feels right for you. I'm here to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling seen, supported, and more connected to themselves. Together, we’ll work toward understanding the deeper layers of your emotional world—how your experiences shape your thoughts, feelings, and patterns. Over time, you'll gain practical tools to manage anxiety and stress, while also learning to approach yourself with greater compassion and clarity. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more empowered, self-aware, and equipped to navigate life with intention and resilience.
