Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from Philadelphia University and have been practicing for the past 9 years. I help people of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem and any other general life stresses. I am passionate about helping others evolve and grow to live in the best possible version of themselves.
My greatest strength as a provider is my ability to connect with people of all ages. I am passionate about rapport building and making therapy a safe space for all my clients. I like to get to know the whole you to figure out what works best for you. I am flexible with therapeutic approaches including using spirituality to help you with having a greater understanding of yourself.
In our first session together, we'll start with getting to know each other by discussing your history and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create an individualized plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
