I started out in 1994 as a family nurse practitioner in a rural town in TX. After 10 years I realized how common mental disorders were with my general patient population. I went back to school to get my post-masters certification which I needed to specialize in psychiatric medication management. I've been practicing psychiatric medication management exclusively for the past 20 years.

My approach to therapy

I am human too- with gifts and flaws. I listen with empathy in order to understand a person's needs and how I can help them to achieve their highest potential.
