Great to meet you!

I have more than 20 years of experience working with adults of all ages and adolescents. I'm inspired by and experienced in helping people identify their challenges. These are trying times we live in and finding hope to cope with an increasingly complex world is essential to living and thriving. I would love to be a part of your journey.

My approach to therapy

I use a client centered approach in my work, meaning I'll get to know your preferences in order to work with you in ways which you find to be most helpful. Most of all I work from a place of acceptance and non-judgement. I have professional and lived experience helping people with addiction, grief, trauma, medical issues, family issues, anxiety and depression, and much more. I am LGBTQ+ allied and have many clients who have intersectional identities. I am also keenly aware of political, environmental, and technological stressors affecting people these days and I am empathetic about all of my clients' unique concerns.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus of getting to know each other and me asking about and getting to know your concerns. Style alignment is so important to personal progress so I will check in to make sure that you are getting your needs met by our work together from the first to our final sessions.
