Great to meet you!

If you are an adolescent or adult navigating anxiety, trauma, or the particular challenges of neurodivergence, this is a space built for you. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Registered Art Therapist, and I bring together DBT, art therapy, and parts based work to help you build emotional regulation, self-awareness, and self-validation. My approach is collaborative, structured, and creative. You are the expert on your own experience. I help you develop the tools to navigate it with more ease.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, structured, and grounded in a trauma-informed perspective. I integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), art therapy, and parts-based work to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and lasting change. I help clients identify the strengths and skills they already have while building new tools to navigate challenges. I value creating a space that feels both supportive and practical, where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. My work is especially focused on helping individuals develop greater self-understanding and self-validation.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we slow down and get to know each other. You share what brought you to therapy, and I listen for what you need. We look at your intake information together and explore your history with therapy, your strengths, and what you want from our work. The pace is entirely yours. By the end, most clients leave feeling genuinely heard, and like the work ahead has a clear, manageable shape.
