Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health therapist with a background in social work. I have a master's in clinical social work from the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay. I have experience working in outpatient therapy and medical settings, which has shaped my grounded and integrative approach to care. I work with adults and children navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, professional stress, grief, and patterns that feel difficult to shift. I also support individuals experiencing self-doubt, boundary concerns, emotional overwhelm, and relational dynamics that leave them feeling unseen or unheard.

My approach to therapy

I bring a calm, steady presence to sessions and balance compassion with thoughtful guidance. I blend reflective insight with gentle structure, helping clients feel supported while also encouraging growth. My aim is to help clients feel more centered, empowered, and connected to themselves. I believe therapy should feel safe and purposeful, a space where insight, emotional regulation, and practical tools come together to create sustainable change. My goal is not simply symptom relief, but helping clients develop clarity, resilience, and stronger alignment with their values.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable. In our first session, my priority is creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and respected. We will spend time getting to know what brings you in, what feels most important to you right now, and what you hope to gain from therapy. There is no pressure to share everything at once, we move at a pace that feels steady and manageable. Our first session is about building clarity, identifying initial goals, and determining whether we feel like a good therapeutic fit. My aim is for you to leave feeling grounded, understood, and hopeful about the work ahead.
